Evolve Instructor Training

Evolve Education

Evolve's Instructor Training Program

Evolve offers a full schedule of courses for Pilates instructors and enthusiasts, as well as continuing education for fitness professionals who want to increase their knowledge in functional anatomy, client assessment, and program design.

Our in-depth series begins with the core philosophy, history, and principles created by Joseph Pilates. Then, using hands on activities and state of the art technology, we help students understand the anatomy and science behind the Pilates concepts and how they relate to the way we move. With our course design, each apparatus is learned alone, giving students time to absorb and practice the exercises. In addition, our courses provide vital information for Pilates instructors, like how to build a program that keeps your clients inspired, how to administer posture assessments and how to relate that information to a client’s fitness goals.

Our Full Comprehensive Instructor Training meets with the standards of the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP). Our teachers will be accepted and allowed to sit for the NPCP national certification exam.

Why Choose Evolve Instructor Training

Evolve Pilates & Fitness creates a small, and intimate atmosphere for our students. Our teachers have years of experience teaching Pilates and helping our clients reach their goals with proven results.

  • Experience. Evolve's primary teacher, Kelli Sanders, has over 20 years of experience teaching Pilates. She holds a national certification as well as several other diplomas in the health, fitness, and Pilates fields. Kelli cares about her students and their success and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure they achieve their goals.

  • Intimacy. Evolve's program caps their students to 10 participants. This ensures 1 on 1 time with your instructor, better access to equipment, a more intimate atmosphere in which to work and learn.

  • Access. Unlike other, bigger education programs, Evolve’s program gives students access to the Evolve studio to practice and learn. This is huge! Several hours of access to the studio is included into the price of the course.

  • Cost. Evolve's program is priced fairly, with more included in the cost of the program than other institutions.

  • Recognition. Evolve's program is recognized and accepted by the National Pilates Certification Program. Once completed, our comprehensive course allows you to sit for the national certification exam.

  • Success! Evolve's program has a 100% passing rate for teachers who have graduated from our program and taken the nation exam.
